DKV, the health insurer of the ERGO Group, has decided to introduce in|sure Health Claims. DKV will optimize its billing processes in the field of care insurance using adesso insurance solutions’ claims management system.
By using in|sure Health Claims, DKV will be able to comprehensively and digitally support the extremely complex processes involved in billing care services in the future. In addition, adesso insurance solutions’ software solution will enable automatic processing of the claims types for integrated, statutory and mandatory nursing care rates for private health insurance companies. DKV aims to optimize their billing processes and achieve significant automated processing rates using the claims management system.
The introductory project has already begun. DKV is integrating in|sure Health Claims into their existing IT landscape together with advisors from adesso insurance solutions. During this process, the software will be connected to DKV's systems, among others, to digitally record incoming invoices and be integrated into their workflow, payment, and printing systems. In addition, there is an online link to MEDICPROOF, the medical service for private health insurance companies.
